It was a proud moment for Sir Vithaldas Thackersey College of Home Science (Empowered Autonomous Status) when Ms. Aditi Patil from S.Y.B.Sc Mass Communication and Extension Department cleared the National Level French Word Power Exam and secured the first position in the College with 92%.
She received the Appreciation Trophy, medal and a certificate.
The Department of English of Sir Vithaldas Thackersey college of Home Science initiated a collaboration with Quebec Government Office, Consulate General of Canada for French Exams at the State level and the National level in the Academic year 2019-20.
Thirty-six students appeared at the state level, out of which, 10 students qualified for National level.
The College also received participation trophy.
