Incubation and Start Ups

The incubation center helps to accelerate start-ups. The college has several subjects focusing on entrepreneurship development. These subjects are offered by all departments across the three years of the degree program. This has been a practice over a long period of time. The ecosystem of the college encourages start-ups. Thus, over the years many of our students have successfully started their own ventures. The incubation that we proudly claim to provide is:

  • Mentoring
  • Guidance and support
  • Access to the laboratories with specialized equipments.
  • Basic Training to start using equipments and machines
  • Guest talks by alumni who are successful entrepreneurs.

A team of the college EIP committee invites ideas for start-ups. The students are helped to write a proposal. The committee then reviews the proposal. Viable ideas are selected and the teachers are given specific roles to support the start ups.
