Respecting the dignity and fundamental rights of girls and women is the predominant motto of our committee. Any form of sexual harassment at any level is beyond tolerance and unacceptable. Violation of any form of human right is punishable. Sexual harassment, in any form is a direct violation of the basic human rights of freedom and right to live. A safe and secure environment to work in and thrive is the right of all individuals. The committee ensures that each individual is aware of their rights, has access to justice and retains faith in the system.
Our College follows a Zero Tolerance Policy towards sexual harassment. The ICC is formed as per the directives issued by Maharashtra State Commission For Women (MSCW) and University Grants Commission (UGC).
