ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce of a recognized University.
- Proficiency in Cash, Accounts entries and Reconciliations of bank accounts.
- Knowledge of Computer Applications viz., word processing, Spreadsheet and computer-based accounting software.
- Knowledge of TDS and Income Tax.
- Preference will be given to individuals with relevant knowledge.
EXPERIENCE :
Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in the relevant field in Cash, Accounts entries and Reconciliations of bank accounts.
JOB PROFILE :
- Entry of the daily financial transactions and recording of accounting data.
- Reconciliations of bank accounts.
- Entries of fee and expenses in the tally software.
- Manage the cash and bank vouchers.
- Preparation of NEFT sheets.
- Entries in the different financial soft wares.
- Any other accounting matter as per the requirement.
RELEVANT SKILL SET :
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
Proficiency in Tally and other accounting software.
Familiarity with the UNISUITE Portal is preferred.
Knowledge of the Govt. Vendor Portal is preferred.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
CONSOLIDATED PAY : Rs. 19,700 per month
TENURE : 6 months tenure with a break of 10 days
