Sir Vithaldas College of Home Science (Empowered Autonomous Status), S.N.D.T. Women’s University in collaboration with The Yoga Institute (Santacruz) celebrated 7th International Yoga Day on 21st June 2021.
The theme was ‘Yoga takes you into the present moment. The only place where life exists.”
As part of the celebrations, a competition was organised on ‘Showcase your postures’. For this, students were asked to demonstrate yoga postures / yoga asanas by making a video.
