THE COLLEGE INVITES ONLINE APPLICATIONS FOR HIRING A QUALIFIED ACCOUNTS PERSON FOR A TEMPORARY CONTRACTUAL POST OF DEPUTY ACCOUNTANT

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce of a recognized University
- Proficiency in Cash, Accounts and Budget work
- Knowledge of G.F.Rs and Treasury Rules etc.
- Knowledge of Computer Applications viz., word processing, Spreadsheet and computer based accounting software.
- Knowledge of TDS and Income Tax
- Preference will be given to individuals with relevant knowledge.
- Manage daily financial transactions, including verification, classification, and recording of accounting data.
- Prepare and maintain financial records and reports.
- Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Co-ordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Handle financial transactions on the UNISUITE Portal.
- Maintain financial records using Tally.
RELEVANT SKILL SET :
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Proficiency in Tally and other accounting software.
- Familiarity with the UNISUITE Portal is preferred.
- Knowledge of the Govt. Vendor Portal is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
CONSOLIDATED PAY : Rs. 30,000 per month
TENURE : 1 year with a break of 15-30 days
